Every preset in Mix Ready Metal is tuned to sit in a full band context, with the low end tightened, the mids shaped for presence, and the top end clear enough to cut without sounding harsh.
The amp selection covers the full spectrum of modern and classic metal tones. Mesa Boogie voicings dominate the high gain section, ranging from crushing modern chug to scooped shred lead tones, with clean and mid gain options rounding out the versatility. EVH 5150, Diezel VH4, ENGL, Bogner, Friedman, Marshall JCM, and Soldano SLO round out the roster, covering everything from tight American aggression to British grit and California crunch. An acoustic clean preset rounds out the pack for dynamic contrast. All presets are engineered for the Valeton GP5 and use the included custom IRs for a consistent, polished tone across the board.
The IR folder draws from the Mix Ready Modern Metal Vol. 2 collection, featuring Mesa, Stileto, and Marshall cab captures in multiple mix positions. These IRs were selected specifically to complement the amp models in the pack and keep everything glued together in a dense metal mix.
