Channel 1 covers the clean and crunch side of the amp, delivering the warm, touch-responsive British tones the JVM inherited from Marshall's classic lineage. Channel 2 steps into territory that splits the difference between classic crunch and full overdrive, tightening up the low end and adding focus. Channels 3 and 4 are where the JVM earns its modern credentials — cascading gain stages, tight low-end response, and a tonal character that handles everything from thick rock rhythm to face-melting lead work with ease.
