Stadium Presets ◆ Proxy Captures
Everything you need for Helix Stadium in one place: complete presets that are ready to play, and Proxy captures of real amps and pedals for building your own rig. Every tone is dialed in by working musicians and tested on headphones, studio monitors, FRFR speakers and live PA, for guitar and bass.
Two ways to get your Stadium tone
Helix Stadium brings a new generation of amp models and Proxy, its new capture technology. That means more tonal possibilities than ever, and a whole new platform to learn. We offer two formats, so you can choose how much of the work you want done for you.
Complete rigs with amp, cab and effects dialed in and balanced for live and studio use. Many include snapshots for clean, rhythm, lead and ambient sounds in one preset.
Captures of real amps and pedals that you drop into a Proxy block. Use them as the heart of your own presets and pair them with the Stadium effects you already love.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between presets and Proxy captures?
A preset is a complete rig: amp, cab and effects built with the Stadium models and ready to play. A Proxy capture is a capture of a real amp or pedal that you load into a Proxy block, so you can use that exact sound inside your own presets. Many players use both: presets to get playing straight away, and Proxy captures to build their own rig around specific gear.
Which devices do these work on?
Everything on this page is built for Helix Stadium and Helix Stadium XL. Stadium uses its own models and file format, so these products do not work on the original Helix or HX Stomp. For those units, see our Helix guitar presets and Helix bass presets.
What amps and pedals have you captured?
Our Proxy captures cover high gain amps, classic British and American amps, and boutique drive and boost pedals. Use the Format and Amp Brand filters at the top of this page to browse amp captures and pedal captures.
Do the presets use snapshots?
Many of them do, so you can switch between clean, rhythm, lead and ambient sounds inside one preset with no audio gap. Use the Includes Snapshots filter at the top of this page to find them.
Are there presets and captures for bass?
Yes. We make Stadium products for both guitar and bass. Use the Instrument filter at the top of this page to switch between them.
Which firmware do I need?
Each product lists the firmware version it was built on. Your Stadium needs that version or newer, since older firmware cannot load files made on newer firmware. Keep your unit updated through Line 6 for the best results.
How do I install the presets and Proxy captures?
Presets: connect your Stadium to your computer, open the Line 6 editor and import the preset files.
Proxy captures: open the Librarian menu and import each capture into the matching clone type: Amp, Amp + Cab, Pedal or Preamp. Then add a Proxy block to your preset and select the capture from the list.
Every download includes step by step instructions.
Will they work live with a band?
Yes. Every product is tested at volume and through a PA, not just on headphones, so the low end stays tight and the tone cuts through a band mix.
What do I get when I buy?
You get an instant download with the preset or Proxy capture files and installation instructions. Each product description lists exactly what is included.
