Take complete control of your modern bass tone with Paralight Bass Full Collection V2 — a massive Kemper collection inspired by the powerful multi-band processing and distortion architecture of Neural DSP Parallax.
Version 2 transforms the original collection into a complete 150-profile bass library, combining 80 original V1 profiles with 70 brand-new V2 profiles, plus 11 custom Ampeg-style 4x10 IRs.
From deep, articulate cleans and punchy driven tones to aggressive, mix-cutting high gain, Paralight Bass gives you the tools to build powerful modern bass sounds across an enormous range of styles.
At the heart of the collection is the Parallax approach to bass processing: maintaining a strong, controlled low-end foundation while introducing compression, saturation, distortion, and aggressive midrange character where it matters.
The result is bass tone that can be huge and heavily processed without disappearing underneath dense guitars.
✅ 150 Kemper Bass Profiles Total
✅ 70 New V2 Profiles – 25 Clean, 20 Overdrive, and 25 High-Gain profiles
✅ 80 Original V1 Profiles – The complete original Paralight Bass profile library
✅ 11 Ampeg-Style 4x10 IRs – Custom bass cabinet IRs with multiple mix variations
✅ Clean, Overdrive & High Gain – A complete tonal spectrum ranging from pristine and punchy to crushingly aggressive
✅ Parallax-Inspired Processing – Modern bass tones inspired by the multi-band processing and distortion character of Neural DSP Parallax
Clean profiles provide tight lows, articulate attack, and polished modern definition — ideal as complete bass tones or foundations for additional processing.
Overdrive profiles add grit, harmonic complexity, and midrange presence while retaining the weight and clarity of the fundamental bass tone.
High-Gain profiles push into aggressive modern territory with grinding distortion, controlled low end, and the definition needed to remain audible underneath heavily distorted guitars.
Together, they give you a complete modern bass toolkit capable of moving from polished clean production to full-scale metal aggression without leaving your Kemper.
Compatible with Kemper Profiler, Kemper Stage, Kemper Player and Kemper Rack/Head systems capable of loading Kemper Rig files.
Includes 11 WAV-format bass cabinet IRs for use with compatible hardware, software, and IR loaders.
Progressive Metal, Modern Metal, Metalcore, Djent, Progressive Rock, Alternative Metal, Rock, Fusion, Funk, Experimental, Pop
Periphery, TesseracT, Architects, Spiritbox, Northlane, Monuments, Meshuggah, The Contortionist, ERRA, Animals as Leaders, Karnivool
